Carmita Magalhães is a perfumer at Firmenich, born in France to Portuguese parents and living in Brazil since 1999, where she describes herself as "Brazilianised French-Portuguese." Inspired by nature and her father's knowledge of aromatic plants, she trained for five years before joining Firmenich in Brazil. Her fragrances are guided by the themes of freshness, comfort, and sensuality, drawing inspiration from Brazil's rich natural landscapes. Passionate about perfumery as an art form, she aims to create unique scents that evoke memories, emotions, and meaningful sensory experiences.
